Types of Information Collected by Viaje.ai

User Registration
Registration is done by the internal team of Viaje.ai. In order to register for the app, the user must contact Sciative at info@sciative.com

Personal Information
A user’s name, location, phone number, profile picture (optional), designation(optional), and email ID is collected by Viaje.ai when they sign up for the service provided.

SMS
The individual will get an OTP to validate their phone number once it has been collected.

App History
Viaje.ai will track all the user's changes on the application (web or mobile).

Location
The user's geographical location (IP address, city, state and country) will be stored in the application.
How Viaje.Ai Uses Your Personal Information

Session Data Auto Logging
The application stores a user's session data each time they log in. Session data includes a unique token which identifies the user when they login into the application and is used to track the user’s journey. The user must log in to the app once again after logging out as the session expires.

The libraries in the app use these permissions to allow users to save and upload multimedia files.

Wifi-connection information
Viaje.ai will be collecting and identifying the Wi-Fi connection information to optimize your user experience. We will be taking permission in order to procure device information. This information will include the IP Address to detect the user's location when logged in.

Identity
This permission enables us to know about the details of your account(s) on your mobile device. We use this info to auto-fill your email IDs and provide a typing-free experience.
DATA PROTECTION
To protect users' accounts, Viaje.ai uses token-based authentication, which is commonly used by businesses. Token-based authentication is a protocol which allows users to verify their identity and, in return, receive a unique access token.
WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT AND PERMISSION
If you wish to withdraw the consent or permission for media, app history, camera, device or Wi-Fi connection, kindly contact us at info@sciative.com.
CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY
Viaje.ai has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy as and when they feel necessary. This may be in line with the customer, business or legal requirement. Users will be notified in case of any revisions in the privacy policy.
ELIGIBILITY
A user must be 18 years of age or above in order to use viaje.ai and provide consent for the usage of their personal information.
ACCOUNT DELETION
If a user wants to delete an account, they must write to our team at info@sciative.com. Once your account is verified with the help of some ID proof, your account will be processed for deletion. In case an employee leaves the company, our team must be notified immediately so that the respective account can be deleted. Once your account is verified, your request for account deletion will be taken into consideration.
